Long term rental rates
As we have different categories (see below) rental-rates may vary. Our rental rates are subject to a minimum rental period of 6 months and are excluding usage of cable T.V., electricity, gas and water.
- category A: 1 - 2 persons / 1 bed-room apt. starting from Afl. 1100,-
- category B: 1 - 2 persons / 1 bed-room apt. starting from Afl. 1225,-
- category C: 2 persons / 2 bed-room apt. starting from Afl. 1475,-
- category D: 2 - 4 persons / 2 bedroom large apt. starting from Afl. 1625,-

Short term rental rates
Our friendly and competitive short term rental rate is US$ 490,- a week.
This rate is based upon 1 bedroom-apt. with a max. of 2 persons. Short term rates are including usage of cable T.V., electricity, gas and water.

Holiday villa Aruba rates
A large holiday villa, which is arranged for families and larger families. Rent this villa with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and private swimming pool from US$ 1.250,00 per week.
Hierbij geldt ook dat over de totale accommodatiekosten nog 6% toeristenbelasting wordt geheven welke wij af dienen te dragen aan de overheid.
Alle genoemde tarieven zijn onder voorbehoud van eventuele prijswijzigingen.
