General conditions - long term rental:

The prices are based on a minimum rent period of 6 months.
Sorry, pets are not allowed.
De borgsom bedraagt één maand huur en te voldoen voor ingangsdatum huurperiode.
Reservation form and deposit are mandatory for guaranteed reservations.
Lengthening your contract is possible if this is done in writing with a minimum of two months for end contract date.
Monthly rental fees are excluding water, electricity, gas and Cable T.V.
Use of the swimming pool and all facilities is only for tenants of Patiri Apartments Aruba.

Nota: bij verblijf in ons complex op basis van toerist (d.w.z. zonder inschrijving bij het bevolkingsregister van Aruba) wordt 6% logeerbelasting in rekening gebracht over de accommodatie- en alle energiekosten (m.u.v. de borgsom).

General conditions - short term/vacation rental:

Minimum stay is 1 week.

Aanbetaling bij reserveren is 50% van de accommodatiekosten. Bij annulering van de reservering door de gast, wordt de betaalde borg ingehouden.
Er is 6% logeerbelasting van toepassing, welke wordt berekend over de totale accommodatiekosten (excl. de betaalde borgsom).
Visitors are not permitted in the holiday apartments.
The offered holiday rents are including linens, water, gas, electra and cable T.V. at normal usage. At extremely high usage the extra costs are settled with the deposit.
There is a US$ 49,00 cleaning charge at the end of your stay.
