General conditions - long term rental:

The prices are based on a minimum rent period of 6 months.
Sorry, pets are not allowed.
Upon making reservations, we require a deposit. The deposit is one monthly rental fee and is to be paid up front.
Reservation form and deposit are mandatory for guaranteed reservations.
Lengthening your contract is possible if this is done in writing with a minimum of two months for end contract date.
Monthly rental fees are excluding water, electricity, gas and Cable T.V. (mandatory)
Use of the swimming pool and all facilities is only for tenants of Patiri Apartments Aruba.

Please note:: when staying upon tourist conditions (when you are not registered as an Aruban citizen) add 9,5% tourist tax to the bill. Tourist tax is to be paid only over your accommodation costs (no tax is charged over the energy costs or deposit).

General conditions - short term/vacation rental:

Minimum stay is 1 week.

50% payment is required upon making reservations. The deposit fee for short term rental is US$300,= When your reservation need to be canceled, the accommodation costs paid will be refunded excluding the deposit paid.
9,5% tourist tax will be charged over the bill (excluding the deposit).
Additional visitors are welcome but not allowed to stay/ in the short term rental apartments.
The offered holiday rents are including linen, water, gas, electra and cable T.V. at normal usage. Extra costs will be settled with the deposit.
We charge a US$49,= cleaning fee upon departure.
