Patiri Apartments Aruba is a small and friendly complex for both long term rental and short term (vacation) rental. This colorful complex has been designed with a relaxed and tranquil ambiance so that even most of our long-term guests feel like they are living in a vacation resort.
We have a selection of one- and two-bedroom apartments surrounding a spacious tropical garden and a swimming-pool. All apartments have a telephone connection, cable T.V. and air-conditioned (bed)rooms. Each apartment has its own parking space. Other facilities that we offer are: laundry with commercial washers, pool and furnished pool deck with several gazebo’s and a Setar hotspot internet-connection.
Above all we offer vacation rental for tourists. More and more people prefer small quiet and friendly resorts above the huge high rise hotel area.
Patiri Apartments is conveniently and centrally located in a quiet neighborhood of Paradera. It is a very central district of the island with various attractions, shops and beaches nearby.
